By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our services and do not submit a support ticket.
1. Products & Delivery
- All products are thoroughly verified before delivery.
- Orders are processed within 1–8 hours after payment confirmation (excluding unforeseen technical issues).
- All products comply with applicable laws and regulations.
- We operate legally and transparently to maintain account security.
2. Support & Commitments
- Support tickets are typically answered within 15 minutes to 12 hours, and never later than 48 hours.
- We strive to meet delivery timelines but are not liable for delays caused by technical or external factors.
- Customer data is stored only as required by law and never shared with other customers.
- We maintain strict confidentiality — no chat logs or tickets will be shared.
- Privacy violations against customers will not be tolerated.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are only provided if:
- Delivery fails due to an error on our side.
- The order is not fulfilled within the stated timeframe.
Refunds are not provided if:
- A feature is unavailable due to billing country restrictions.
- The product has been successfully delivered.
- The customer fails to read product descriptions or compatibility requirements.
4. Payments & Verification
- Payment disputes or chargebacks without first contacting support may result in permanent account suspension.
- Payments may be placed on hold for manual verification.
- We reserve the right to decline payments if legitimacy cannot be confirmed.
- Once a product is delivered, it is considered used and is non-refundable.
5. Privacy Policy
- We collect and use personal data solely to process orders and provide support.
- Third-party services may be used for payment processing, each with their own privacy policies.
- Data is retained only as required for legal compliance and service provision.
- We never share personal information unless required by law.
- Our services are not intended for individuals under 13 years of age.
6. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
- All products sold are digital goods, delivered electronically, and considered consumed upon delivery.
- By purchasing, you acknowledge that you forfeit the right to chargeback for reasons including, but not limited to:
- “Unauthorized purchase” claims without proof of fraud.
- Dissatisfaction after receiving a working product.
- Inability to use due to user error, technical limitations, or country restrictions.
- We provide verifiable proof of delivery, including IP logs, timestamps, and confirmation records, to payment processors in the event of a dispute.
- Fraudulent disputes will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to payment processors, fraud databases, and law enforcement where applicable.
Note: Prices and Terms of Service may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
